When I purchase the program, is it mine forever?

 
Yes! The 8 videos, taught by 8 different instructors and created exclusively for this program, are yours to keep forever. Each week's Workout + Meal Plan is too! Everything in the program will be available for you to access on your Kajabi account, as well as download anytime, forever and ever. So you can use this 8-week program in the future, anytime you need a little boost in motivation or quick results in just 8 weeks!

 

What if I didn't start on a group launch date, or if I have travel planned during the program?

 

Not a problem. If you already have a week of travel plans (lucky!), you can either take us with you (so easy to access your Kajabi account on any device), OR, you can come back and start where you left off! Each week of the plan, and the videos, are forever available to you once you purchase the program. We'll be doing our Facebook Live events and Weekly Emails based off of our group launch dates, but if you start on a different date, or take a week off, you just hop right in and start/continue right where you are. Even the Facebook events will be accessible anytime after they are posted!

I'm scared - I've never done something like this.

 

We hear this all. the. time. Doing something new is always scary! But only in challenging ourselves in new ways, stepping out of our comfort zones, and trying new things can we create any sort of change in our lives. It's important to look at it one day at a time - don't try and imagine tackling the entire 8 weeks at once! Imagine taking the first step of signing up. Then grocery shopping for your first week. Then your first day of meals and workouts. It's one step at a time ... on success at a time! This is true in every facet of our lives, from fitness, relationships, careers, and any sort of goal we want to set for ourselves! The thing is that you just have to do it if you want the change you're seeking. So let's do it together. You will have the support of others in the program along with the Sweat Lab Fitness team. This is one of the reasons we love the Facebook group so much - it gives us a community of accountability and support!

 

What if I have a big event (wedding, big party, weekend getaway) planned during this time?

 

No worries! Life is full of fun events, and we're not going to tell you not to enjoy them. Here's the thing - there is always going to be some event in the future to act as a deterant or excuse as to why you shouldn't start a new journey. But that absolutely cannot hold you back from taking a step to learn more about yourself, create new habits and find new strength and confidence in making a commitment to yourself. You can go to the event (you can even splurge!), and then you can get right back to the program.

 

Will I be starving or exhaused through the entire 8 weeks? Because I just can't handle that!

 

Girl. No way! One of our favorite things to share with our clients is that if we want to build our healthiest body, we have to do it in a way that we will be able to live with for the rest of our lives. Starving yourself, yo-yo-dieting and all of the other "magic" ideas don't last! We eat real, whole foods at least 5 times per day, and we workout no more than 60 minutes a day. This is a realistic plan, so be assured that you will be fueling your body with delicious (easy) recipes and workouts that make your body feel amazing.

 

I'm super busy and a little worried about committing to this plan ... is it doable?
